His recent experience includes: Acting for a German door and edge producing company in the acquisition of an Austrian door and edge producing (€ 24 Mio).Acting for the seller of a shopping mall in Vienna to a German real estate property fund (€ 40 Mio)Acting for Austrians leading children shoe producing company, LEGERO Schuhfabrik GesmbH the acquisition of MARKO Schuhfabrik GmbH, a shoe producing company specialized in comfort shoes.
Alexander is a member of APIL and PEOPIL and the Austrian industry society and is also legal adviser of the Swiss and German Embassies in Vienna.
