Dr. Peter Lambert counsels both business and private clients. He has expertise in all commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, the planning, formation and structuring of corporations and privatisation. Dr. Peter Lambert also specialises in energy law, real estate and construction law, including its financing aspects, banking, securities law, agency law and distributorships.
Dr. Peter Lambert has an extensive practice in advising foreign and Austrian clients in arbitration and litigation procedures in Austria and abroad. He also has expertise in the region of Central and Eastern European.
For private clients, Dr. Peter Lambert advises in inheritance and legacy proceedings, succession matters and counselling last wills. He also has substantial experience on trusts.
He is Country Coordinator for the American Bar Association European Law Section and Country Adviser to the International Legal Materials and the International Law Society. Dr. Peter Lambert has also lectured on Austrian and international private law at the McGeorge School of Law-European Programs.
